Welcome to saffron acres estate community development
Saffron acres is a community development project that covers 6000 acres on the island of Maui with three locations. Each site location has best use and preservation in its design. We design sites best use are for fruits, vegetables, pork, beef, poultry, water filtration and collection. Maui has very unique weather depending on your location on the island, we maximize the benefits of soil variation and solar. Our other locations are designated for custom home sites on the oceanfront. Join us view the videos and you’re welcome to see everything we have to offer. Saffron acres is a community development project on the island of Maui.
At Saffron Acres, we are dedicated to creating a fully self-sufficient and sustainable community that grows its own food, offers a pure water supply, and generates its own power. Our commitment extends to giving back to the community by serving 2,000 healthy meals each day to any member in need of a fresh, warm meal. Additionally, we aim to eradicate historical poverty in agricultural areas by transforming tenant farmers into homeowners without the traditional bank qualification process.
